The sling is made from ultra modulus polyethylene fiber, one of highest tenacity fibers, and consists of weaving sleeve and yarn bunch as load bearing core.
If further requirement of abrasion resistance is made, for example, the sling will be used for lifting the steel coils, the protective cover or corneris also available to provide for reinforcement.
The sling is of light weight and ultra high tenacity, in comparison to aromatic nylon, under the equal weight, it is 40% higher in strength than the nylon. It has low elongation, distinct abrasion resistance and is suitable for heavy duty hoisting. Each sling is proof tested prior to delivery.
Low elongation, it is easier for the sling to enable location and lift of load to be made more precisely;
The sling is suitable especially for the circulating application;
Flexible texture, the sling hardly brings any damage to load in lifting;
The sling may be used without gloves or something else protective;
Its spcific gravity is 0.97g/ccm, which gets lighter than water;
The temperature range for work and storage: -50℃ to 65℃;
It has resistance to most of chemicals and micro organism, and excellent resistance to acids and
alkalis. It is not impacted by water, oil and grease entirely;
In resistance to fatigue caused by releasing, tightening and curving, and abrasion, the sling gets
superior to steel sling or other slings made from synthetic fiber.
Light weight, in comparison to the weight of standard polyester round sling and steel wire rope sling under the equal working load, it amounts to approximate 40% and 20% respectively. For the heavy duty sling, manual work on it is taken much easily due to its light weight;
