Webbing slings are generally made of polyester, nylon, and polypropylene synthetic fibers. Due to its light weight and good flexibility, it has been favored by users for many years. The sling does not scratch the load or damage the surface. In addition, due to the flexibility of its web, it also has a safe grip on the load to be lifted. The surface of the mesh as a sling component can be chemically treated to improve its abrasion resistance, isolate moisture, and prevent sand particles from penetrating the inside of the sling to protect it from damage.
Preservatives are immune to moisture, mildness, decay, and certain chemicals. The factory continuously conducts internal testing and quality analysis of the materials used in its production, and produces in accordance with strict standards and related technologies to ensure that the slings used by users are excellent products.
Can be assembled into single or multi-layer slings, can be equipped with accessories such as guards, protective covers and end fittings, and has a variety of models and configurations to choose from. To identify relative rated workloads, all slings are matched to their relative color codes and are individually labeled to show materials, length, date of manufacture, number of legs in the sling assembly, and other safety-related information. The sewing line of all load-bearing parts is different from the sling, which brings more convenience to the inspection process. Before the order is delivered, all products to be ordered are subjected to verification tests and a test certificate is attached to their shrinkable PVC film. Each sling has its own serial number to ensure its quality is traceable.
